Vahan.ai, an AI-driven hiring platform focused on blue-collar and gig workers, has entered into a strategic partnership with Sunlight Manpower Services, a recruitment firm with more than 15 years of experience operating across India. The agreement was signed on January 10, 2026.
This partnership is a key milestone in Vahan.ai’s efforts to strengthen a nationwide hiring system that can handle high-volume recruitment across gig, logistics, and emerging industrial roles. Under the agreement, Sunlight Manpower Services will expand its operations by integrating more closely with Vahan.ai’s national hiring network, allowing it to access a wider range of employer demand across sectors.
By opening its platform to experienced recruitment agencies, Vahan.ai enables partners to grow faster, enter new industries, and improve operational efficiency. The platform brings together hiring requirements from leading companies in gig, delivery, logistics, and manufacturing, giving partners like Sunlight Manpower steady access to large-scale demand without the need to independently source clients.
Sunlight Manpower’s on-ground recruitment strength complements Vahan.ai’s technology-led hiring processes. Together, the two companies aim to shorten hiring timelines, increase recruiter output, and ensure a more dependable workforce supply for employers—while creating greater access to formal jobs for candidates across regions.
The partnership also strengthens Vahan.ai’s Vahan Leader program, which supports local recruitment entrepreneurs and agencies with technology tools, nationwide employer access, and performance-based incentives. Today, hundreds of Vahan Leaders across India place tens of thousands of workers every month using the platform. Vahan.ai is currently in advanced talks with more recruitment agencies as it continues to grow this partner-driven hiring ecosystem.

Over the past year, Vahan.ai has strengthened its capabilities through investments from Lemmatree (a Temasek-backed fund), Persol Group, and Khosla Ventures.
With Sunlight Manpower now onboarded onto Vahan.ai’s platform, the company will be able to expand beyond its existing client base, enter sectors such as manufacturing, and improve hiring speed through structured, tech-enabled workflows.
