Global digital transformation company UST has made a strategic investment in aiOla, an Israel-based deep-tech firm specializing in voice and conversational AI. aiOla has developed an advanced voice-agentic AI platform that converts spoken inputs from frontline workers into structured, auditable workflows. This investment follows a successful collaboration incubated through UST Spark, the company’s open-innovation initiative.

The partnership enhances UST’s expanding portfolio in next-generation AI-driven enterprise solutions, particularly across industries such as healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and automotive. By combining aiOla’s voice automation technology with UST’s domain expertise, the two companies aim to revolutionize how frontline teams interact with enterprise systems—making data entry, reporting, and task execution completely hands-free and voice-driven.

For years, businesses have successfully used AI to optimize back-office functions, but data collection at the operational front has remained largely manual. aiOla’s platform bridges this gap by capturing speech-based data in real time—overcoming noise, accents, and industry jargon—to generate actionable insights faster and more accurately. The system not only triples data capture speed but also improves accuracy and consistency across locations, providing a scalable solution for enterprise-grade operations.

Manu Gopinath, President of UST, said, “AI-enabled transformation is the next frontier for business efficiency. By integrating advanced voice and conversational AI with our enterprise platforms, we’re empowering frontline workers to operate more intuitively and productively. Our partnership with aiOla is a strong step toward redefining how organizations capture intelligence, streamline workflows, and enhance operational excellence at scale.”

Amir Haramaty, President and Co-founder of aiOla, added, “Partnering with UST allows us to accelerate enterprise adoption of our voice-agentic workflows in mission-critical sectors. Together, we’re helping organizations replace manual, error-prone processes with seamless voice-based automation that enhances agility, precision, and responsiveness.” The companies have not disclosed the size of the investment.
