The Indonesian plant has undergone consistent upgrades, incorporating advanced manufacturing systems and expanding production capabilities to maintain global quality standards. A significant share of vehicles produced in Indonesia has been exported to markets across ASEAN, South Asia, the Middle East, South America, and Africa.
Commenting on the milestone, James Chan, Senior Vice President – ASEAN Business, stated that Indonesia plays a strategic role in the company’s global manufacturing network, with locally produced vehicles meeting stringent international benchmarks.
Alongside manufacturing growth, the company has expanded its domestic footprint, now operating 49 dealerships across Java, Bali, Lombok, Sumatra, Kalimantan, and Sulawesi. This network supports both sales and after-sales service, strengthening customer confidence and long-term brand relationships.
Each vehicle is developed with a focus on performance, durability, fuel efficiency, and features suited to Indonesian market preferences. The company has also contributed to local employment, supplier development, and industrial capability building through sustained collaboration with regional partners.
