The Campbell’s Company has announced the appointment of Cassandra Green as Chief Supply Chain Officer, effective immediately. In her new role, Ms Green will report directly to President and Chief Executive Officer Mick Beekhuizen and will serve as a member of the company’s Operating Committee.
As Chief Supply Chain Officer, Ms Green will oversee Campbell’s entire end-to-end supply chain operations. Her responsibilities will include customer logistics and planning, procurement, manufacturing operations, operational excellence initiatives, and supply chain category leadership. In addition to these responsibilities, she will also assume oversight of food safety and quality across the organization. The appointment reflects Campbell’s continued focus on strengthening its operational capabilities and building a resilient supply chain that can support long-term growth and evolving consumer demand.
Commenting on the announcement, CEO Mick Beekhuizen said that Green has demonstrated strong leadership and operational expertise throughout her career with the company. He noted that her deep understanding of Campbell’s operations, combined with her ability to develop strong teams and deliver measurable results, makes her well positioned to guide the company’s supply chain strategy and help drive enterprise priorities.
Ms Green joined Campbell’s in 2010 as a plant manager in Australia and has since held several leadership positions across the organization. Over the years, she has built extensive experience across multiple areas of the company’s global supply chain operations.
During her tenure, she has led a number of important initiatives within the business. Her experience includes overseeing the company’s former fresh supply chain operations and managing manufacturing activities within the Meals & Beverages division. She has also played a significant role in shaping the company’s enterprise co-manufacturing strategy.
Most recently, Ms Green served as Head of Supply Chain, where she focused on improving cost efficiency and operational performance across the company’s manufacturing and logistics network. Under her leadership, the organization strengthened its focus on total delivered cost management and implemented strategies aimed at addressing inflationary pressures affecting supply chains globally.
She has also been closely involved in advancing Campbell’s operational excellence programs and driving digital transformation initiatives designed to modernize supply chain processes. These efforts have helped position the company’s supply chain network as a strategic advantage in supporting business growth and product availability.
