Tembo Global Industries Limited (NSE: TEMBO) has started commercial production at its newly commissioned manufacturing facility in Vasai. Spread across more than 120,000 sq ft, the advanced plant is a key step in the Company’s growth plans and reflects a total investment of INR 75 Crores.
With the Vasai unit now operational, Tembo’s overall installed production capacity is set to rise to nearly 100,000 metric tonnes (MT), with expansion planned in phases. The Company aims to fully utilise this additional capacity over the next two to three years, enabling it to meet growing demand and broaden its product range. This development will strengthen Tembo’s market reach and support long-term business growth.
The Company expects the Vasai facility to contribute up to INR 700 Crores in peak annual revenue within the next two to three years, supported by higher production volumes and improved operating scale. One of the major features of the new facility is an in-house Research and Development (R&D) centre, created to support innovation and new product development across the Company’s portfolio. The R&D focus will help Tembo respond effectively to changing customer needs and evolving industry requirements.
Located in Vasai, the plant also offers strong logistics benefits, including improved access for sourcing raw materials and distributing finished goods. Shorter delivery timelines and more efficient transportation are expected to enhance operating productivity and improve cost efficiency.

Established in 2010, Tembo Global Industries is a well-recognised player in the industrial segment, engaged in the manufacturing and assembly of metal components for Pipe Support Systems, Fasteners, Anchors, HVAC systems, Anti-Vibration solutions, and industrial equipment used in commercial, utility, OEM, and industrial installations. The Company also trades in metal products that support its manufacturing activities.
Tembo is also known for fabrication and installation work in ductile pipes, HDPE pipes and fittings, and MS plate. Its products are certified and approved by Underwriter’s Laboratory Inc (USA) and FM Approval (USA) for Fire Sprinkler System installations. In 2023, Tembo entered the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracting space and secured orders from leading infrastructure clients. The Company also has a presence in textile trading. In 2024, it expanded further into defence manufacturing and solar power projects.
