Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd (BCSSL) (BSE: 539607), a provider of AI-driven enterprise and cybersecurity solutions, today announced the successful design, implementation and deployment of its AccessGenie AIoT Video Analytics Platform at the Rajiv Aarogyasri Health Care Trust (RAHCT) Dialysis Centre operating under PPP mode at Area Hospital, Kondapur, Hyderabad.
RAHCT has formally certified completion and operational readiness of the system after evaluation across functional performance, security controls and operational benchmarks. The deployment is designed to strengthen security, improve patient identification processes, enable workflow tracking and support governance requirements in a critical healthcare environment.
The AccessGenie platform enables monitoring and analysis of staff and patient movement across entry and exit points, supporting accurate attendance records, visitor control and enhanced facility security. It also uses facial recognition-based patient identification to support contactless verification, reduce identity mismatch risk and improve the check-in process while ensuring sensitive health information remains protected. Through continuous movement analytics, the solution provides insight into workflow patterns within the dialysis centre, helping improve operational efficiency, reduce bottlenecks and support adherence to treatment schedules.
In addition, the platform integrates with dialysis machines to capture and map real-time patient health parameters such as blood pressure, heart rate and other key indicators, supporting continuous monitoring and improved response readiness. Video feeds and associated clinical metadata are stored within a secure environment aligned with applicable privacy and healthcare requirements, ensuring confidentiality, integrity and controlled access. The solution also includes secure API integration with the Arogyasri SAS (Statistical Analysis System) platform, enabling data exchange for analytics, reporting and governance.
The deployment includes advanced anomaly and safety detection capabilities such as fall detection, fire and smoke alerts, crowd gathering detection, abandoned object alerts, suspicious activity identification, emotion tracking and other safety features to enable proactive response and improve the overall safety environment for patients and healthcare personnel.
Commenting on the milestone, Tejesh Kodali, Group Chairman, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited, said, “The successful deployment of the AccessGenie AIoT Video Analytics Platform reflects BCSSL’s commitment to responsible innovation and to delivering cost-effective, technology-driven solutions that strengthen healthcare operations under the Rajiv Aarogyasri Health Care Trust, Government of Telangana. Our focus remains on providing solutions that balance affordability, security and operational excellence, while meeting high compliance and performance standards. We will continue to leverage advanced technology to support patient safety, strengthen healthcare support systems and improve clinical outcomes for the communities we serve.”
The deployment at the Kondapur dialysis centre further demonstrates BCSSL’s capability to deliver integrated AIoT solutions suited to public healthcare environments operating under the Public Private Partnership model, with strong emphasis on safety, compliance and measurable operational improvement.
