These additions are designed to improve charging convenience for city commuters and long-distance travelers alike.
India’s EV market has recorded significant momentum, with sales surpassing 2.55 million units during FY2026. Growth has been witnessed across vehicle categories, reflecting increasing consumer confidence in electric mobility and the growing attractiveness of lower operating costs compared to conventional fuel-powered vehicles.
Tata Power’s charging infrastructure spans residential communities, commercial establishments, public locations, workplaces, and major transportation corridors. This diversified network is helping address range anxiety while supporting the creation of a seamless charging experience for EV users nationwide.
The company’s continued investments are aligned with India’s broader sustainability objectives, including reducing dependence on fossil fuels, improving urban air quality, and supporting national carbon reduction goals. By expanding charging accessibility, Tata Power is helping create an ecosystem where electric vehicles become a practical choice for a larger section of consumers.
As adoption accelerates, the company remains focused on building a future-ready charging infrastructure capable of supporting the next phase of India’s mobility evolution. Through technology-driven solutions, strategic partnerships, and widespread deployment of charging assets, Tata Power is contributing to a cleaner, smarter, and more resilient transportation ecosystem.
