Sunita Tools Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with a friendly Middle East–based company to facilitate the execution of an upcoming defence order for M107 ammunition from the region. The agreement is intended to support Sunita Tools in managing local processes and regulatory requirements associated with the proposed order.
Under the MoU, the Middle East partner will assist with government liaison, regulatory approvals, documentation, coordination with local authorities, payment-related procedures, logistics support, and on-ground execution activities within the host country. In consideration of these services, the partner will receive a mutually agreed percentage-based commercial share linked to the successful execution of the order.
The collaboration is designed to ensure regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and timely delivery while strengthening Sunita Tools’ presence across the Middle East and North Africa. Key areas of cooperation include facilitation of statutory and administrative formalities, engagement with government bodies and customers, logistical coordination, and execution support throughout the project lifecycle.
