Studds Accessories Limited, India’s largest manufacturer of two-wheeler helmets and one of the leading global brands in motorcycle safety and accessories, has released its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. During the first half of FY26, the company advanced several strategic initiatives, including capacity expansion, customer additions, digital investments, and global footprint strengthening. The first phase of its planned capacity expansion—adding 1.5 million units of helmet and box manufacturing—is underway and expected to be operational by Q1 FY27.

Studds also announced that Decathlon has joined its customer portfolio and will be supplied bicycle helmets and protection products for the India market. Investments in new moulds are currently progressing, with commercial supply expected by the end of Q4 FY26. To support growing international demand, the Board has approved the establishment of a new warehouse in Spain that will enhance European distribution, reduce delivery timelines, and support future product category expansion.

Capacity utilisation for H1 FY26 remained healthy across key product lines, with utilisation at approximately 86% for two-wheeler helmets and boxes, 84% for EPS, and 64% for water decals. In addition, Studds has set up a new IT office in Gurugram to strengthen enterprise digital capabilities and accelerate technology-focused initiatives.

Commenting on the financial and strategic progress, Sidhartha Bhushan Khurana, Managing Director, said “Our listing on November 7, 2025 marks a defining chapter in Studds’ five-decade journey and reflects the trust placed in our business, governance and growth roadmap. In H1 FY26, we delivered steady financial progress, supported by scale efficiency and disciplined execution. Revenue grew 6.4% year-on-year to ₹303.7 crore, while operating EBITDA increased by 17.9% year-on-year to ₹60.2 crore, driven by product mix improvement, operational leverage, and cost optimisation. These outcomes reinforce the strength and scalability of our business model.”

He added, “Demand across our key product segments remains strong, reflected in high capacity utilisation. With expansion now underway and the addition of global partners such as Decathlon, along with the establishment of our European warehouse, we are preparing for the next phase of growth. As we move ahead, our focus remains on reinforcing our leadership in the domestic market, expanding global presence, investing in capabilities, and maintaining disciplined capital allocation.”
