Stallion India Fluorochemicals Limited (SIFL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Portugal-based SYS ADVANCE to collaborate on advanced systems and equipment for helium recovery and liquefaction. The partnership marks a significant step in Stallion’s expansion into high-value industrial gas technologies.

SYS ADVANCE is a globally recognised manufacturer of industrial gas equipment and a leading developer of containerised helium recovery systems. Its technology has been qualified by European space agencies for space and cryogenic applications, underscoring its reliability in high-end use cases. Helium, a scarce and critical resource, plays an essential role in space research, medical imaging, semiconductors and advanced manufacturing, making recovery and recycling increasingly important.

Through this collaboration, Stallion aims to bring advanced helium recovery and liquefaction solutions to the Indian market. The company is actively working with the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) to support long-term requirements for helium recycling used in space programmes. Stallion has also participated in a major tender issued by ISRO related to helium recovery and liquefaction systems.

Supported by this technology tie-up, an expanding asset base and a diversified product portfolio, Stallion has outlined a three-year revenue growth guidance of 30–35 percent. The company believes the move into advanced gas technologies will create sustainable long-term value for stakeholders while strengthening India’s capabilities in critical gas infrastructure.

Incorporated in 2002, Stallion India Fluorochemicals Limited is a specialised player in refrigerants and industrial gases, serving industries such as air conditioning, refrigeration, fire protection, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, automotive and glass manufacturing. The company operates strategic manufacturing facilities in Maharashtra, Rajasthan and Haryana, with additional facilities under development in Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra.

Stallion’s focus on refrigerant gases, specialty gases, semiconductor gases and high-purity industrial gases, along with gas blending capabilities, differentiates it from competitors and positions it as a key solution provider across multiple industrial segments.
