Snowman Logistics Limited, India’s leading integrated temperature-controlled storage and distribution solutions provider, has announced the development of a new 10,000-pallet temperature-controlled warehouse facility in Hyderabad. The facility is being established under the company’s asset-light Built-to-Suit (BTS) model, with construction now underway and operations expected to commence in the second quarter of next year.

The new facility will offer temperature-controlled storage capabilities ranging from -25°C to +20°C, enabling businesses across multiple industries to manage sensitive products through reliable cold chain infrastructure. Strategically located along the NH-44 corridor, the facility will serve Hyderabad’s northern logistics belt, an emerging hub witnessing increasing demand for temperature-controlled storage solutions.

The expansion will support growing requirements from industries including seafood, ice cream, quick service restaurants (QSRs), fruits and vegetables, and pharmaceuticals. With its strategic location and connectivity advantages, the facility is expected to enhance regional distribution efficiency and strengthen supply chain capabilities across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Ishaan Gupta, Director, Snowman Logistics, said, “Hyderabad represents an important growth market for us. With our existing capacity of 6,800 pallets in the city, the addition of this new 10,000-pallet facility will significantly strengthen our presence in emerging consumption centers across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The strategic location along the NH-44 corridor will enable efficient regional distribution and support our customers’ evolving cold chain requirements.”

The new facility is part of Snowman Logistics’ continued expansion strategy to build a stronger nationwide cold chain network across key consumption and production hubs. The company currently operates a temperature-controlled storage network with a total capacity of 154,319 pallets across 21 cities in India.

Through investments in modern infrastructure, strategic locations and flexible operating models, Snowman Logistics continues to support businesses requiring dependable temperature-controlled storage and distribution solutions. The Hyderabad facility will further enhance the company’s ability to serve growing demand while enabling customers to maintain product quality, reduce supply chain challenges and improve operational efficiency.

With the expansion, Snowman Logistics reinforces its commitment to developing advanced cold chain infrastructure that supports India’s evolving food, healthcare and consumer goods sectors. The new Hyderabad facility is expected to play a key role in strengthening regional supply networks and enabling faster, more efficient distribution across southern India.
