Škoda Auto has expanded its all-electric Epiq SUV range with the new Epiq Sportline, adding a sportier design and an extensive list of standard features to the brand’s compact electric vehicle lineup. The new version will be available in two configurations, the Epiq 40 and Epiq 55, with different battery capacities and power outputs.

The Epiq Sportline features body-coloured front and rear bumpers, glossy black Škoda lettering, black roof rails and black wing mirror covers. It is the only Epiq variant to offer a blacked-out roof. The vehicle comes with 19-inch black alloy wheels as standard, while 20-inch wheels are available as an option. Both wheel designs are exclusive to the Sportline version.

The exterior lighting package includes LED Matrix headlights, LED taillights and an illuminated front grille known as the Light Band. These features are standard on the Sportline and create a distinctive lighting design. Inside, the cabin features black upholstery and electrically adjustable sports seats covered in Suedia material, designed to provide additional lateral support. Suedia trim is also used on the armrest, door panel inserts and dashboard. Other interior features include a heated three-spoke sports steering wheel with recuperation adjustment paddles, stainless-steel pedal covers, ambient lighting, wireless phone charging of up to 15 watts and decorative door sills.

The Sportline includes the Convenience, Tech and Light & View packages as standard. The Convenience Package provides heated front seats and steering wheel, dual-zone automatic climate control, an auto-dimming rear-view mirror and privacy glass behind the B-pillar. The Tech Package adds front parking sensors, KESSY Advanced keyless access, a Digital Key, a rear-view camera and wireless phone charging. The Light & View Package includes the LED Matrix headlights, Top LED taillights and illuminated grille.

Two additional packages are available. The Travel Package includes Travel Assist 3.0, Crew Protect Assist, navigation and a three-year subscription to Škoda Connect Premium services. The Premium Package adds a 360-degree camera system, a Canton 10-speaker sound system, a front storage compartment, Remote Parking, Trained Parking and Reversing Assist.

The Epiq 40 uses a battery with a gross capacity of 38.5 kWh and a net capacity of 37 kWh. It produces up to 99 kW and 267 Nm of torque, with a claimed driving range of more than 310 kilometres. Charging from 10% to 80% takes approximately 23 minutes. The Epiq 55 has a larger battery with a gross capacity of 55 kWh and a net capacity of 52 kWh. It delivers up to 155 kW and 290 Nm of torque, enabling acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.1 seconds. With the Sportline, Škoda Auto adds a more performance-focused design and additional standard equipment to its electric SUV range, offering customers a choice of two powertrain configurations and further optional technology packages.
