Schneider Electric, a global leader in digital energy management and automation, today announced the appointment of Damini Chaudhari as Vice President – Services, Greater India Zone, effective October 1, 2025. She takes over from Ramesh Jha, who has been elevated to the role of Senior Vice President, Global Services Strategy and Operations, based at Schneider Electric’s global headquarters.
This leadership transition reflects Schneider Electric’s commitment to developing and promoting talent from within, while ensuring continuity in its growth strategy. Ms Chaudhari brings a strong track record of strategic leadership and transformation to her new role and will now lead the Services business across the Greater India Zone with full P&L accountability. In addition, she will take charge of the ESE Medium Voltage (MV) Business, previously led by Mr. Jha.

Since joining Schneider Electric in 2016 as Director – Corporate M&A, Ms Chaudhari has held various leadership roles across strategy, corporate social responsibility, and transformation initiatives.
