Schaeffler India Limited (released its financial figures for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations stood at ₹22,821 million, marking a 10.1% increase over Q2 2024 and an 8.2% rise from Q1 2025. Profit before tax (excluding exceptional items) reached ₹3,980 million, up 17.1% from the same quarter last year. The pre-tax margin for the quarter was 17.4%, compared to 16.4% in Q2 2024 and 16.9% in the prior quarter. Net profit came in at ₹2,962 million, with a margin of 13.0%.
For the first six months of 2025, revenue totaled ₹43,921 million—an increase of 12.0% over the same period in 2024. Profit before tax (before exceptional items) stood at ₹7,537 million, up 16.7% year-on-year. The corresponding pre-tax margin was 17.2%, compared to 16.5% in H1 2024. Net profit for the half-year was ₹5,616 million, resulting in a net margin of 12.8%, slightly above last year’s 12.3%.
Managing Director and CEO Harsha Kadam stated that the company recorded higher revenues compared to both the previous quarter and the same period last year across all business segments. Operational improvements and increased localization efforts contributed to better earnings quality. The company attributes the positive half-year performance to focused cost management and stronger financial fundamentals.
The second quarter marks the fifth straight quarter of double-digit revenue growth, reflecting consistent execution across key strategic areas. Schaeffler India remains focused on maintaining this momentum through the rest of the year.
