For the nine months ended September 30, 2026, the company recorded revenue from operations of ₹8,194.2 crore, an increase of 21.4% over the corresponding period of 2025. PBT before exceptional items rose 17.9% to ₹1,375.2 crore. The PBT margin for the nine-month period was 16.8%, compared with 17.3% a year earlier. Net profit for the nine months stood at ₹1,026.8 crore, while the net profit margin was 12.5%, against 12.9% in the corresponding period of the previous year.

Harsha Kadam, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Schaeffler India, said the company’s performance was supported by demand from the automotive sector and stronger-than-expected industrial output in India. He said both domestic business and intercompany exports recorded double-digit growth during the quarter.

Mr Kadam added that rising input costs and the weakening rupee had affected earnings quality, although the company’s measures to manage these pressures had partly offset the impact. He said Schaeffler India would continue to focus on its order book and capital expenditure plans while working to deliver value to stakeholders.

The results reflect growth across the company’s domestic and export businesses, supported by demand in automotive and industrial markets. The increase in revenue was accompanied by higher profit before tax, although margins remained below the levels recorded in the corresponding period of 2025.

Schaeffler India said it would continue to execute its capital expenditure programme and build on its order book to support business growth. The company operates in motion technology, serving customers across automotive and industrial applications. Schaeffler India Limited is part of the Schaeffler Group, a global motion technology company. Its business covers products and solutions for automotive and industrial applications. The company is listed on the BSE and NSE under the symbols 505790 and SCHAEFFLER, respectively.
