Scania India Opens Advanced Training Facility in Chandrapur in Collaboration with PPS Motors

Scania India has inaugurated a new advanced Training Centre in Chandrapur, in collaboration with dealer PPS Motors. This facility marks a significant investment in skill development, aimed at enhancing technical expertise and operational efficiency through advanced simulated and hands-on training modules.

The Chandrapur training facility is specifically designed to train service engineers, technicians, and drivers. It features high-tech driver training simulators, which provide a realistic and immersive learning environment. Trainees can manage advanced control systems, optimize fuel efficiency, and learn safer driving practices. Additionally, the centre supports training in mining, with dedicated Technical and Driver Trainers to boost Scania India’s presence in the region.

At the inauguration, Munhoz Silvio, MD of Scania India, stated, “This new centre empowers Indian industry by bridging the gap between advanced technology and operational expertise. By equipping engineers, technicians, and drivers with essential skills, we aim to enhance safety, boost productivity, and support sustainable growth for our customers.”
