Savita Oil Technologies Limited (SOTL) has entered into a multi-year strategic partnership with the Farm Equipment Business of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, further strengthening a relationship that spans more than 25 years. The renewed agreement marks an expanded phase of collaboration built on product reliability, engineering expertise, and shared customer focus. Under the arrangement, SOTL will serve as a supplier across major Mahindra business divisions and product categories.
As part of the expanded scope, SOTL will provide Mahindra Tractor Genuine Engine Oils under the MStar brand through Mahindra’s authorised workshops and spare parts distribution network in designated regions. The lubricants are engineered to support performance, durability, and engine protection across varied agricultural environments.
The agreement was formalised on February 12, 2026, by Gautam N Mehra, Chairman & Managing Director of Savita Oil Technologies Limited, and R Veeraraghavan, Senior Vice President – SSU, Farm Tractor Division, Mahindra & Mahindra.
Commenting on the development, Mr Mehra noted that the long-standing association has been anchored in trust and consistent performance. The expanded collaboration is aimed at delivering dependable lubrication solutions tailored to the evolving needs of India’s farming sector.
SOTL will utilise its advanced manufacturing capabilities and operational strengths to supply high-performance lubricants suited for modern tractor engines. The partnership is expected to support improved equipment efficiency, engine longevity, and sustained field performance.
