SALI, a global producer of power tool accessories and hand tools, has introduced an upgraded cross-border supply chain network designed specifically for the Middle East. The improved system aims to boost delivery speed, streamline customs handling, and ensure consistent product availability for industrial users and distributors throughout the region. This development represents a major milestone in SALI’s expansion efforts and reflects the increasing regional demand for dependable, professionally graded tools.
At the center of the enhanced system is an 8,000 m² warehouse with a storage capacity of 12,000 m³, allowing the company to maintain stable inventory levels for same-day processing and shipping. SALI has also implemented specialized customs channels for battery-powered products and now achieves a 99.6% compliance rate, significantly shortening delivery timelines across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, and surrounding markets.
To strengthen its support structure, SALI is also establishing an Africa Marketing Service Center that will offer product demonstrations, technical training, localized marketing, and customer support. This new center will work alongside SALI’s multilingual professional team—70% of whom have more than eight years of industry experience—to offer responsive assistance throughout the continent.
SALI noted that it will continue investing in logistics technology and regional service programs to deepen long-term cooperation with partners in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, and other Middle Eastern markets. These ongoing efforts aim to support the region’s industrial growth with reliable tools and efficient supply chain operations.
Founded in 2010 under Zhejiang Sali Abrasive Technology Co, Ltd, SALI has grown into a global brand supplying power tool accessories, hand tools, and pneumatic tools. Its products are sold in more than 160 countries and have earned a reputation for durability and consistent performance.
