Rockwell Automation unveils the new Allen Bradley® Micro820® L20E controllers, offering higher performance and improved connectivity within a compact design. These controllers are built to simplify integration and accelerate commissioning, helping machine builders boost efficiency and bring products to market faster.
Building on the foundation of the LC20 controllers, the L20E series delivers faster program execution, quicker I/O responses, and more reliable communication. With Class 1 implicit messaging support for up to four nodes, these controllers improve real-time device interactions. The inclusion of a USB Type-C port further simplifies initial setup and configuration, reducing engineering effort and setup time.
The controllers are compatible with Connected Components Workbench™ software version 23 and FactoryTalk® Design Workbench™ version 1 or newer, enabling users to take advantage of advanced features in a user-friendly programming environment. As part of the Micro800 family, the Micro820 L20E controllers bring smarter machine development to life, providing a faster, simpler, and more cost-effective solution for modern automation needs.
