Ricardo Elevators has announced an ambitious expansion strategy aimed at significantly strengthening its presence across India and international markets. The company is targeting 40 customer touchpoints by the end of 2026 as it advances its vision of building a comprehensive omni-channel platform for premium home elevators.

The expansion drive includes the inauguration of new experience centres in Lucknow and Jammu, extending the company’s reach into two rapidly growing markets. The Jammu facility was inaugurated by Jammu and Kashmir Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Kumar Choudhary, reflecting the increasing importance of premium residential infrastructure in the region.

The company currently operates 21 experience centres across India and plans to add three more locations within the next two months. These facilities serve as interactive hubs where homeowners, architects, interior designers, and real estate developers can explore product options, experience live demonstrations, and configure customized elevator solutions.

Alongside its domestic growth, Ricardo Elevators has achieved a significant regulatory milestone in Australia. Ricardo Elevators (Aus & NZ) Pty Ltd has received a Plant Design Registration Certificate from SafeWork NSW, clearing a key regulatory requirement for the sale, installation, and commissioning of elevators in Australia. Following the approval, the company has already secured three confirmed customer orders in the market.

Australia is viewed as a strategic growth opportunity due to increasing demand for premium residential elevators and machine-room-less solutions. Ricardo’s manufacturing facility in Kolkata is equipped to supply products that meet these requirements, supporting the company’s international expansion objectives.

The company has also commenced exports to Malaysia and is executing confirmed orders in the Southeast Asian nation. Malaysia represents an important entry point into the ASEAN region and offers significant opportunities in the premium housing segment. Ricardo’s powder-coated Malaysian shaft technology, designed for installations without pits or additional headroom requirements, has emerged as a differentiating feature in the market.

Building on its progress in Australia and Malaysia, Ricardo Elevators is actively pursuing partnerships and distributor agreements across several international markets. The company expects to formalize multiple collaborations during 2026 as part of its broader globalization strategy.

The planned 40-touchpoint network will include company-operated flagship experience centres, regional showrooms, dealer-led outlets, and international country partnerships. According to the company, each mature store is expected to generate annual revenue exceeding ₹6 crore, making the expansion a key driver of future growth.

With a growing footprint, expanding international presence, and increasing demand for premium home mobility solutions, Ricardo Elevators is positioning itself as a leading player in the residential elevator segment while building a scalable customer engagement and distribution platform for long-term growth.
