Prima Power has unveiled BCe Core, a new servo-electric panel bender, at EuroBLECH 2026, alongside integrated manufacturing systems, robotic automation and digital services for sheet metal production. The BCe Core is designed to make automated panel bending accessible to a wider range of manufacturers. It comes with automatic tool changing as standard and integrates with Prima Power’s bending software. The machine is designed for high-mix production, combining energy-efficient electric operation, simplified maintenance and provisions for future robotic automation.
At the exhibition, Prima Power is demonstrating the BCe Core 2020 with Robot configuration. A six-axis robot loads laser-cut blanks into the machine, removes finished parts and stacks them on pallets for subsequent operations. Dedicated loading, buffering and stacking areas help maintain a continuous production flow.
The company is also presenting autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) that transport parts between laser cutting and bending operations. The robots can navigate the factory and adjust their routes according to production requirements, allowing manufacturers to expand material handling automation as needed.
Another new development is the Handling and Sorting Robot (HSR), integrated with the Platino Linear laser cutting system. Designed for unattended production, the system automates raw material loading, part picking, stacking and removal of the remaining sheet skeleton. Its modular design allows additional wagons and storage connections to be added as production requirements change.
Prima Power is also showcasing its PSBB line, which connects punching, shearing, buffering and bending in a single production process. The system combines the Shear Genius SG1530 integrated punch-shear machine, the EBe2720 Express Bender servo-electric panel bender, Fast Loading storage, Direct Loading and intelligent buffering. The exhibition marks the debut of ASP-U (Unmanned), an updated version of the company’s Automatic Set-up of Blades technology. It enables automatic switching between blade geometries to support longer periods of unattended panel bending.
Digital solutions are another part of the display. Prima Power’s All-in-One software platform connects production planning, programming, execution, control and monitoring. Its Prima Link predictive maintenance service uses machine learning, artificial intelligence and service expertise to help customers monitor equipment and plan maintenance. The company also offers MyPrima, a customer portal for machine information and service management, and Remote Care for secure remote diagnostics and troubleshooting. Through its EuroBLECH 2026 showcase, Prima Power is demonstrating how machines, robotics, material handling and software can be combined to improve production flow and allow manufacturers to expand automation in stages.
