The company’s manufacturing facility in Tumkur has an impressive installed capacity of 18,000 tonnes per annum, reflecting its commitment to excellence and efficiency.

As part of this transformative deal, Pitti Engineering will inject up to Rs 40 crore into Bagadia, earmarked for debt repayment, signaling a strong financial backing for the merger. With a predominant clientele in the southern markets, Bagadia’s manufacturing stronghold in Tumkur boasts an impressive installed capacity of 18,000 tonnes per annum, emblematic of its manufacturing prowess.
