Parse Biosciences, a leading provider of scalable single-cell sequencing technologies, has announced the launch of the next generation of its Evercode™ TCR and Evercode™ BCR immune profiling kits. The updated solutions are now available to researchers worldwide and are designed to deliver improved workflow efficiency, enhanced data quality, and greater sensitivity for immune system studies.
The latest versions of the kits are built on Parse Biosciences’ v4 chemistry platform, bringing immune repertoire analysis and whole transcriptome sequencing together within a unified workflow. The enhancements are intended to help researchers capture deeper insights into adaptive immune responses, particularly in studies where critical biological signals may be rare or difficult to detect.
Understanding how immune cells respond to disease, infection, and treatment remains a central focus for researchers across oncology, autoimmune disorders, infectious diseases, and regenerative medicine. By combining immune receptor sequencing with whole transcriptome analysis at the single-cell level, the updated Evercode portfolio enables scientists to connect cellular identity with functional state across large-scale studies.
The Evercode BCR v4 kit enables simultaneous capture of B cell receptor sequences and whole transcriptome information from individual cells. Improvements in sensitivity allow for more reliable detection of paired CDR3 regions and recovery of full-length heavy and light chains, providing a more comprehensive picture of B cell diversity and function.
Similarly, the Evercode TCR v4 kit delivers paired T cell receptor and transcriptome profiling from the same cell while maintaining the high sensitivity for alpha-beta CDR3 pairing that researchers have come to expect. The upgraded chemistry also supports more efficient sequencing library generation, helping laboratories maximize data output while simplifying experimental workflows.
“Paired whole transcriptome and immune repertoire data are critical for understanding complex biological processes, from autoimmune disease mechanisms to responses to cancer immunotherapies,” said Charlie Roco, PhD, Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Parse Biosciences. “The integration of our immune profiling products with v4 chemistry provides researchers with higher-quality data and greater confidence in their discoveries.” Researchers can access demonstration datasets and technical resources through Parse Biosciences to explore the capabilities of the enhanced kits and evaluate their performance across a range of applications.
