NTT DATA, a global IT services provider, and Neysa Networks, an AI-focused cloud platform company, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Telangana to develop an advanced AI Data Center Cluster in Hyderabad. The total investment for the project is set at ₹10,500 crore.
The agreement was signed in the presence of Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy during his official visit to Japan. Top executives from NTT DATA, headquartered in Tokyo, and Neysa Networks were present at the signing.
The proposed facility in Hyderabad will include a 400 MW data center cluster and is expected to house one of India’s most powerful AI computing infrastructures, equipped with 25,000 GPUs. The partnership brings together NTT DATA’s expertise in global data center operations and Neysa’s AI-centric cloud capabilities. The project is aimed at fostering the development of AI-first solutions and supporting a strong innovation ecosystem in Telangana.
Chief Minister Reddy welcomed the investment, highlighting Telangana’s stable policy environment, strategic geographic position, reliable power infrastructure, skilled workforce, and streamlined approval processes as key enablers for digital infrastructure development.
