India is set to host a landmark global sourcing event for finished plastic goods as PlastiWorld 2026 takes place from 23–25 March 2026 at the Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai. Designed as the country’s largest international platform for MSME-driven plastic manufacturing, the event will bring together Indian producers and global buyers under one roof.
Amid growing confidence in India’s manufacturing capabilities and a strengthening export ecosystem, PlastiWorld 2026 represents a significant step forward for the domestic plastics industry. As international buyers increasingly seek reliable, high-quality, and innovative finished products, India is gaining recognition as a competitive and dependable sourcing destination across global markets.
The event is being organised by the All India Plastics Manufacturers Association (AIPMA) with support from the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO), the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, and the Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals. Built as an export-focused platform, PlastiWorld 2026 aims to create direct business connections between Indian manufacturers of finished plastic goods and carefully vetted overseas buyers.
PlastiWorld 2026 is expected to host international buyer delegations from a wide range of regions, including Austria, Nigeria, Russia, the UAE, Kenya, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Turkey, Egypt, and other key markets. These buyers are actively sourcing across product categories such as houseware, kitchenware, packaging, toys, tableware, stationery, sports and leisure items, gifting products, and both consumer and industrial plastic finished goods.
Positioned as India’s first show dedicated exclusively to finished plastic products, the exhibition focuses on meaningful trade engagement. Only pre-qualified international buyers will be invited, ensuring exhibitors engage directly with decision-makers seeking long-term sourcing and supply partnerships.
For Indian manufacturers, PlastiWorld 2026 offers a unique opportunity to access global markets without the need for overseas travel. Exhibitors benefit from direct interaction with verified buyers, exposure to high-quality international delegations, and a platform to highlight India’s strengths in tooling, mould accuracy, automation, and flexible product design. The event also provides valuable visibility among importers, private-label brands, wholesalers, and global retail chains.
With improving infrastructure, stronger logistics networks, and rising manufacturing competitiveness, India is well positioned to expand its share of the global finished plastics trade. PlastiWorld 2026 serves as a focused launchpad for this growth, enabling targeted sourcing, collaboration, and long-term export partnerships.
PlastiWorld is India’s leading international trade event dedicated to finished plastic products, organised by the All India Plastics Manufacturers Association (AIPMA). The platform connects export-ready Indian manufacturers with verified global buyers, supporting trade development, collaboration, and sustainable growth across the plastics industry.
