Mitsubishi Logisnext Americas has introduced the FBC20Q–FBC40Q Series of mid-size electric cushion forklifts under the Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks brand. The new series is designed to deliver consistent uptime, reduced maintenance requirements, and cost-effective operation for demanding material handling environments.
The forklifts are built to provide performance comparable to internal combustion models while offering the benefits of electric operation. The design supports tight-aisle maneuvering, stable handling at height, and operator comfort during extended shifts.
According to Luca Ghiotto, Manager of Product Marketing at Mitsubishi Logisnext Americas, the new series is intended to meet the needs of modern operations by combining dependable performance with practical features that support productivity and ease of use.
The FBC20Q–FBC40Q Series offers lift capacities ranging from 4,000 to 8,000 pounds, lift heights of up to 312 inches, and passive sway control for improved stability. High-performance drive and lift motors deliver travel and lifting speeds similar to internal combustion forklifts, while a 100-degree turning radius allows for efficient operation in confined spaces.
Additional features include customizable hydraulic controls, a maximum unloaded travel speed of 12.5 mph, simplified battery maintenance with easy service access, and a spacious operator compartment with responsive power steering. The trucks deliver Class IV performance characteristics within a Class I electric design. With this launch, Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks continues to expand its electric product portfolio, offering durable construction, reliable performance, and operational value for a wide range of material handling applications.
