The PR 6003 guarantees maximum safety, withstanding horizontal forces up to 82 kN and featuring an anti-lift device capable of enduring forces up to 120 kN. Minebea Intec further aids customers with a “wind and earthquake calculation tool” to optimize silo structure designs.
The PR 6003 is engineered for quick installation, thanks to advanced features like the dummy function, which allows setup without a load cell, protecting it from damage. Additionally, the optional jack-up tool enables the silo to be raised without external equipment for easier removal of safety plates. Weighing under 20 kg, the kit is easy to install by a single person. Once in place, the system offers long-term durability and requires little to no maintenance. “The PR 6003 is the natural progression of our successful PR 6001, offering enhanced performance at a more competitive price,” states Yannick Salzmann.
