mimik has partnered with Tech Mahindra, a global leader in technology and engineering solutions, to open a dedicated Agentic AI Production Center. This new facility will serve as a hands-on environment where businesses and developers can build, test, and deploy agentic AI systems at scale. Located within Tech Mahindra’s labs, the center is designed to bring AI agents into real-world infrastructure and applications.
The center offers a purpose-built space focused on supporting developers and organizations working on agentic-native systems—AI-driven processes that operate independently across devices, simulating real business workflows. With access to the right tools and support, teams can design and run agent-based AI models that reflect day-to-day operational needs.
This joint effort leverages mimik’s decentralized AI software platform, which emphasizes on-device execution, and Tech Mahindra’s experience in edge computing across industries including automotive, telecom, and manufacturing. Together, the two companies aim to accelerate the adoption of intelligent agents in areas such as connected vehicles, smartphones, drones, robotics, and industrial automation.
These AI agents are designed to function without requiring a constant cloud connection. They can process information locally while maintaining the flexibility to connect to cloud platforms when necessary, ensuring both responsiveness and scalability.
“This initiative brings AI out of the lab and into physical products,” said Fay Arjomandi, Founder and CEO of mimik. “We’re helping companies move from pilot projects to real systems that run on everyday devices like phones, machines, and robots—handling tasks automatically and delivering measurable business value.”
Narasimham RV, President of Engineering Services at Tech Mahindra, added, “Organizations are looking for AI that works in the real world, not just in controlled environments. By working with mimik, we’re supporting AI development at the edge, allowing faster innovation and real autonomy across digital and physical systems.”
This collaboration supports Tech Mahindra’s broader focus on product engineering driven by AI, helping clients adapt quickly and bring smarter products to market faster. As the use of AI agents grows, the new center positions both companies at the forefront of this shift—enabling scalable, reliable solutions that go beyond traditional AI models.
mimik develops software that turns everyday devices—such as phones, cameras, drones, robots, and machines—into intelligent, connected systems. Its platform supports real-time AI processing at the device level, helping businesses run distributed AI applications efficiently. mimik’s approach focuses on enabling AI across a wide range of edge devices without relying on constant cloud connectivity.
