This strategic acquisition enhances MC Machinery’s presence in Canada and builds upon Ferro Technique’s longstanding commitment to serving manufacturers throughout Ontario, Quebec, and the Atlantic provinces. Ferro Technique will continue operating under its current name and leadership team — including President Brian Donnelly, Vice President Jeff Veldhoen, and Vice President of Finance Kevin Farr — ensuring seamless continuity for customers, suppliers, and partners.
Founded in 1952, Ferro Technique has earned a strong reputation for delivering high-performance machine tool solutions and dedicated customer support. The company has proudly represented DN Solutions (formerly Doosan) since 1992, receiving 16 Century Club Awards and one Magnum Club Award in recognition of its sales excellence.
