Yamazaki Mazak UK Ltd has announced its participation in MACH 2026, where it will present a comprehensive range of advanced manufacturing technologies designed to support productivity, flexibility, and long-term growth. The exhibition will take place from April 20 to 24 at the NEC Birmingham, with Mazak located in Hall 20, Stand 330.

The company’s presence will highlight an integrated approach to modern manufacturing, combining machine tools, automation systems, and connected digital technologies. The aim is to provide manufacturers with practical solutions that enhance efficiency while supporting secure and scalable operations.

Mazak will showcase nine machine tools, including several models making their UK debut. The display will represent a broad cross-section of the company’s portfolio, catering to both entry-level users and those seeking advanced multi-tasking capabilities.

Among the highlights is the latest generation of the UK-manufactured CV5-500 five-axis machining centre, designed as an accessible solution for users transitioning from three-axis machining. It will be presented alongside the new CV5-700 model, developed in response to demand for greater capacity and capable of handling larger workpieces.

For manufacturers seeking enhanced multi-tasking capabilities, the Integrex j-200 NEO will be featured as a solution that integrates turning, milling, and drilling operations within a single platform. The exhibition will also include the UK debut of the QRX-50 MSY, a high-productivity turning centre engineered for efficient batch production, as well as the VC-Ez 410 vertical machining centre, designed for high-volume applications.

Mazak’s Integrex i-350 Neo AG will also be introduced, incorporating gear-cutting and advanced grinding capabilities to enable multiple processes within a single setup. This approach is intended to reduce cycle times while improving precision and surface quality.

Automation will form a key part of the showcase, with the introduction of the MPP 25 multi-pallet pool system. Designed for compatibility with the HCN-5000 NEO, the system increases pallet capacity while maintaining a compact footprint, supporting flexible production environments.

Digital connectivity will also be a central theme, with Mazak demonstrating its iCONNECT platform. The system provides access to machine data, documentation, and software tools such as Mazatrol DX, enabling simulation, process optimisation, and production planning.

Company representatives will be available throughout the event to discuss topics including automation integration, digitalisation strategies, and emerging regulatory requirements. Mazak stated that MACH 2026 provides an opportunity to engage directly with manufacturers and demonstrate practical technologies that can deliver immediate operational benefits.
