Mangalam Global Enterprise Limited (MGEL), an integrated agro-processing company, has announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting steady growth in revenue and a strong increase in profitability, supported by its diversified product portfolio, operational efficiencies and expansion into the consumer wellness market.
The company posted standalone revenue from operations of ₹798.16 crore during the first quarter of FY27, compared with ₹793.41 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. Profit after tax (PAT) increased 28.14 percent year-on-year to ₹7.53 crore, up from ₹5.88 crore reported in Q1 FY26.
On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations rose 10.89 percent to ₹952.07 crore, compared with ₹858.54 crore in the year-ago quarter. Consolidated profit after tax stood at ₹8.43 crore, registering a 31 percent increase over ₹6.43 crore reported in the same period last year.
The company’s performance was driven by continued demand across its agro-processing business, supported by a broad product range, growing contribution from value-added products and improved operating efficiencies. MGEL said it remains focused on strengthening its integrated sourcing and processing network while capitalising on opportunities in India’s expanding food processing sector.
During the quarter, the company entered the direct-to-consumer wellness segment with the launch of Neat Everyday, a new brand offering clean-label products that include cold-pressed edible oils, wellness supplements, gummies, Ayurvedic formulations and personal care products.
As part of its retail expansion strategy, Neat Everyday has established a network of 11 retail stores and one kiosk across India. The brand currently operates five stores and one kiosk in Ahmedabad, five stores in Mumbai and one store in Indore, providing consumers with easier access to its wellness product range.
Commenting on the results, Vipin Prakash Mangal, Chairman and Executive Director of Mangalam Global Enterprise Limited, said, “Our first-quarter performance reflects the strength of our integrated agro-processing business and the progress we are making in expanding our value-added product portfolio. The launch of Neat Everyday marks an important milestone as we build our presence in the consumer wellness segment. We will continue to focus on operational excellence, product innovation and sustainable growth while creating long-term value for our stakeholders.”
With increasing consumer preference for natural, clean-label and wellness-focused products, MGEL plans to strengthen both its agro-processing operations and its consumer wellness business. The company believes its integrated value chain and expanding retail presence position it well to meet changing market demand and support future growth.
