M3M India Pvt Ltd, a leading luxury real estate developer, has partnered with Zydex Paints to introduce KEIM Regalan, a premium silicate mineral paint system from KEIM, Germany, across its select luxury developments. The collaboration reflects M3M’s continued focus on integrating advanced, sustainable, and high-performance building solutions into its projects.
Through this partnership, M3M India will adopt KEIM Regalan as its preferred mineral façade system across key developments, including M3M Golf Hills in Sector 79, Gurugram, along with other marquee projects such as The Cullinan, Altitude, Mansion, and additional premium developments. The initiative is expected to generate approximately ₹100 crore in exterior façade painting works over the next three years.
The adoption of KEIM Regalan marks a shift towards performance-oriented façade solutions that combine aesthetic appeal with long-term durability, asset protection, and lifecycle efficiency. The system is designed to enhance façade longevity while reducing maintenance requirements and supporting sustainable construction practices. M3M Golf Hills will serve as the first project under the collaboration, with KEIM Regalan being applied across the development’s exterior façade. Implementation is scheduled to commence in July 2026.
Developed using globally established silicate mineral technology, KEIM Regalan chemically bonds with mineral surfaces to create a breathable and water-repellent façade system. The solution offers enhanced resistance to weathering, long-lasting colour retention through non-fading mineral pigments, and a distinctive mineral matt finish. It is supported by a minimum 20-year warranty on film integrity and colour fading. The system’s inherent fire-resistant properties further enhance façade safety, while its durability helps reduce repainting frequency and lifecycle maintenance costs, contributing to more sustainable and resilient buildings.
