LTM, an AI-focused global technology services company and part of the Larsen & Toubro Group, has entered into a strategic partnership with Anthropic to accelerate enterprise adoption of Claude across software engineering, application modernization and business operations. The collaboration combines Anthropic’s Claude family of AI models with LTM’s enterprise implementation capabilities to help organizations deploy AI solutions at scale.

As part of the partnership, Claude, Claude Code and Claude Cowork will be integrated into LTM’s BlueVerse AI Delivery Fabric, enabling enterprises to incorporate AI into software development, modernization programmes and operational workflows. The platform is designed to support AI-assisted software engineering, agent orchestration, site reliability engineering (SRE), observability, chaos engineering and cloud-native application development.

The collaboration will initially focus on key industry sectors, including banking and financial services, high technology, consumer businesses and manufacturing. A central element of the partnership is the expansion of LTM’s AI1000 talent programme, through which the company plans to train and deploy thousands of professionals with expertise in implementing Claude-based enterprise solutions. These specialists will support customers through technology assessment, solution design, deployment and ongoing optimization.

LTM will also establish a dedicated Claude Center of Excellence (CoE) to develop reusable AI capabilities, implementation frameworks and reference architectures for enterprise applications. The CoE will focus on governance, responsible AI practices, model lifecycle management, compliance with data privacy requirements and the development of industry-specific AI use cases.

Chris Ciauri, Managing Director of International at Anthropic, said, “Organizations are looking to integrate AI into their core business systems in ways that improve productivity while maintaining reliability and governance. Through this partnership, LTM will combine its delivery expertise with Claude’s capabilities to help enterprises deploy AI across software development and business operations.”

Venu Lambu, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of LTM, said the partnership reflects the growing demand for enterprise-ready AI implementations that deliver measurable business outcomes. “By bringing together Claude with our BlueVerse platform, domain expertise and skilled workforce, we aim to help organizations move beyond pilot projects and integrate AI into business-critical processes in a structured and scalable manner,” he said.

The two companies also plan to collaborate on joint market initiatives while expanding the internal use of Claude, Claude Code and Claude Cowork across LTM’s software delivery operations. Insights generated through these deployments will be incorporated into the BlueVerse platform and the Claude Center of Excellence to support continuous improvement and broader enterprise adoption.
