LTIMindtree, a global provider of digital transformation and technology consulting services, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai (IIM Mumbai) to introduce a new one-year executive education program. The Post Graduate Program for Executives (PGPEx) in AI-led Experience Design aims to equip working professionals with advanced skills in customer experience (CX) strategy, integrating emerging technologies and design thinking.
This blended learning program will be delivered mainly online, with two in-person, week-long sessions held on the IIM Mumbai campus. These campus immersions are designed to foster peer interaction and hands-on engagement with leading faculty. The curriculum merges practical business applications with core principles of user-centric design and artificial intelligence, preparing participants to lead CX transformation initiatives in their organizations.
