LTIMindtree [NSE: LTIM, BSE: 540005], a global technology and digital solutions provider, has entered into a strategic seven-year agreement valued at $450 million with a major player in the international agribusiness sector. This represents the largest contract secured by the company to date.
Under the agreement, LTIMindtree will deploy an AI-enabled operating framework to manage applications, provide infrastructure support, and strengthen cybersecurity. The services will leverage platforms including SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow, Microsoft Azure, and the company’s proprietary AI technologies to enhance the client’s efficiency, scalability, and global expansion.
The Chief Executive Officer (Designate) and Whole-Time Director, Venu Lambu, noted that this engagement reflects a significant step in LTIMindtree’s shift toward AI-centric service delivery. Nachiket Deshpande, President – Global AI Services, emphasized the company’s ability to deliver tailored solutions with consistency and impact.
