Larsen & Toubro’s (L&T) Buildings & Factories (B&F) division has won a significant order from Brigade Group to develop residential and commercial towers in Hyderabad and Chennai. This deal represents the largest residential project the division has secured from a private client to date.
The order includes several high-profile developments: Brigade Gateway Residences at Neopolis in Kokapet, Hyderabad, featuring two luxury towers and one of the tallest buildings in the city with a configuration of 5B+G+57 floors; Brigade World Trade Centre, also in Kokapet, which will be over 200 meters tall with a 5B+G+50 floors layout, incorporating retail space and a five-star hotel.
In Chennai, the Brigade Altius project will include three signature towers with a configuration of 6 parking levels and 39 floors of apartments, becoming one of the area’s tallest developments. Brigade Morgan Heights will consist of 10 luxury towers with 4 parking levels and apartments ranging from 11 to 21 floors. All these projects will be carried out on a design-and-build basis within strict timelines.
