The Transportation Infrastructure business of Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has secured a significant order for Phase-2 of the Hyderabad Greenfield Radial Road project. The project involves the construction of a 22.3-kilometre, six-lane (3+3) access-controlled radial road in Ranga Reddy district, Telangana.
As part of its scope, L&T will execute a 3.6-kilometre viaduct, along with minor bridges, underpasses, and culverts. Additional works include construction of service roads on both sides, retention structures, storm water drainage systems, footpaths, cycle tracks, and landscaping.
This project marks the first in a series of planned radial roads connecting Hyderabad’s Outer Ring Road with the upcoming Regional Ring Road. Once completed, it is expected to enhance regional connectivity and facilitate development by improving access to key locations such as IT hubs, Electronic City, Young India Skills University, and Bharat Future City.
