LML Realty has announced that its LML Industrial Park in Jhirka Valley has been notified as a Prime/Focus Area under the Haryana Progressive MSME & Export Promotion Policy 2026. The policy was notified by the Haryana Government on July 29, 2026.

The Prime/Focus classification is the highest incentive category under the new policy and is expected to strengthen Jhirka Valley’s appeal among manufacturers, MSMEs, exporters and businesses planning new industrial facilities in Haryana. The 2026 policy has replaced the earlier district-based incentive system with a zone-based framework covering Core, Intermediate, Sub-Prime and Prime/Focus areas. Locations are classified according to their notified status under the policy.

Jhirka Valley has been notified as an Industrial Investment Promotion Zone (IIPZ) under Section 2.1(m) of the policy, making it eligible for the Prime/Focus classification. Located in the Nuh/Mewat industrial corridor and connected through NH-248A, the area is positioned as an emerging destination for manufacturing, logistics and export-oriented activities.

Eligible enterprises establishing manufacturing or export operations at LML Industrial Park can access incentives under the Prime/Focus category, with an indicative incentive ceiling of up to ₹10 crore per eligible unit, subject to the conditions and overall limits prescribed under the policy.

The incentive package includes a capital investment subsidy of 30% of eligible capital expenditure, subject to a maximum of ₹4 crore per unit. Eligible businesses can also receive a 100% refund of stamp duty paid on land purchase or lease. Other benefits include net SGST reimbursement of up to 70% for seven years, along with assistance for technology upgrades, automation, research and development infrastructure and quality certifications.

The policy also provides support for green manufacturing initiatives, including energy efficiency measures, rooftop solar installations and effluent treatment facilities. Businesses can additionally receive local employment generation support of up to ₹1.2 lakh per employee annually for 10 years, subject to eligibility.

The Haryana government has set a target of attracting ₹55,000 crore in MSME investment and creating 5 lakh new jobs under the policy. It also aims to double the state’s exports over the next five years. Across applicable incentive schemes, the policy provides an overall ceiling of up to 100% of Fixed Capital Investment per project. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements and are generally provided as reimbursements against documented expenditure. Dr Yogesh Bhatia, Managing Director, LML Group, said the Prime/Focus classification strengthens Jhirka Valley’s position as a location for manufacturers and exporters looking for industrial infrastructure and policy support.

LML Realty, part of the LML Group established in 1972, develops integrated industrial parks and built-to-suit manufacturing facilities. Through LML Contracts, the company provides end-to-end factory development services, from land acquisition to final handover.
