Link Logistics has added a 230,530-square-foot industrial property to its portfolio in Atlanta’s Northeast I-85 corridor, strengthening its presence in one of the region’s active distribution and industrial markets. The property is located at 460 Horizon Drive in Suwanee, Georgia. Its location provides access to Interstate 85 and the wider transportation network serving Atlanta and the Southeast region.

Link Logistics said the acquisition is part of its strategy to invest in industrial properties located in markets with strong customer demand, established infrastructure and long-term growth potential. The addition also expands the company’s portfolio in Northeast Atlanta, where demand for well-connected warehouse and industrial space continues to be supported by the region’s transportation links and distribution activity.

Andrew Goodman, Senior Managing Director, Investments at Link Logistics, said the company continues to focus on investment opportunities that add scale in markets with strong fundamentals and reliable customer demand. He said the acquisition reflects the company’s approach to building its portfolio in strategically connected markets where it sees long-term value.

Link Logistics already has a significant presence in the Atlanta market. The company owns and operates nearly 250 industrial real estate properties in the region, covering approximately 39 million square feet. The latest acquisition adds further space to its Northeast Atlanta portfolio and strengthens its ability to serve customers across the market.

Nicholas Brady, Managing Director, Investments at Link Logistics, said Atlanta’s position as a major transportation and logistics hub continues to support industrial demand. The city benefits from access to major interstate highways, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and the Port of Savannah, which together support the movement of goods across the Southeast and other parts of the United States.

The 460 Horizon Drive property is located in Suwanee and offers customers access to key transport routes and regional markets. The seller was a fund sponsored by High Street Logistics Properties, LLC. JLL represented the seller in the transaction.

Link Logistics is a major operator of last-mile industrial real estate and warehouse properties in the United States. The company was established by Blackstone in 2019 and operates a portfolio of modern warehouse properties covering around half a billion square feet across the country. The company’s facilities support businesses involved in the movement and delivery of goods, including companies serving consumers, technology and e-commerce markets.

Link Logistics uses its portfolio, property data and operational capabilities to support customer requirements while focusing on sustainability, power and efficient warehouse operations. The acquisition of the Suwanee property further expands Link Logistics’ industrial footprint in Atlanta and supports its strategy of growing in key logistics and distribution markets across the United States.
