Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation has unveiled more than ten next-generation electrical and automation solutions as part of its largest technology showcase in India, reinforcing its long-term commitment to strengthening the country’s energy infrastructure and industrial ecosystem. Built around the company’s vision of “Powering a Non-Stop India,” the newly introduced portfolio focuses on enabling resilient, intelligent, and energy-efficient operations across industries, utilities, infrastructure, agriculture, commercial buildings, and residential applications.
The company recently hosted customers, industry stakeholders, and partners in Mumbai to demonstrate its expanded technology offerings and showcase innovations designed to support India’s rapidly evolving energy and industrial requirements. The initiative also aligns with Lauritz Knudsen’s broader strategy of bringing advanced technologies closer to emerging industrial centres across the country.
Speaking at the event, Deepak Sharma, Zone President – Greater India, said India’s growth trajectory depends heavily on building reliable and future-ready energy systems capable of supporting industrial expansion, infrastructure development, and sustainable urbanisation. He stated that Lauritz Knudsen continues to develop globally benchmarked technologies specifically tailored to India’s operating conditions and infrastructure needs.
Naresh Kumar, Chief Operating Officer, Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation, said the company’s approach is centred on designing and manufacturing solutions for Indian conditions while ensuring scalability and accessibility. According to him, the company’s technologies are helping industries, businesses, and agricultural users improve energy efficiency, operational reliability, and automation capabilities.
As part of its national expansion strategy, Lauritz Knudsen also announced plans to deepen its presence in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities through its ongoing “Technology Day” initiative, which aims to cover more than 100 cities across India. The programme is focused on accelerating adoption of low-voltage protection systems, automation solutions, solar technologies, power quality products, and digital energy management systems within India’s growing manufacturing and industrial clusters.
Among the key innovations showcased was the OMEGA UZ Air Circuit Breaker, an intelligent low-voltage protection solution designed for mission-critical environments. Equipped with real-time system health monitoring, advanced communication protocols, predictive diagnostics, and integrated energy metering, the product is aimed at improving operational reliability and reducing maintenance costs.
The company also introduced the EXORA.N modular distribution board system featuring multiple configurations for residential, commercial, and infrastructure applications, along with TMZ, a digital temperature monitoring solution developed to enhance switchboard safety through predictive monitoring and early fault detection.
In the energy transition segment, Lauritz Knudsen showcased its solar inverter range, DC protection portfolio, and electric vehicle charging ecosystem, all developed and manufactured in India. The company stated that these solutions are designed to support renewable energy integration, energy storage systems, electrification, and green hydrogen applications.
The automation and digitalisation segment featured technologies such as the Intelligent Motor Management Relay (iMMR), SmartComm Digital Twin platform, and a connected agriculture automation ecosystem integrating irrigation control, fertigation, sensors, and cloud-based monitoring. For smart homes and intelligent buildings, the company introduced enConnect, a wireless home automation platform enabling app-based and voice-enabled control of lighting, appliances, and electrical systems.
