One of the standout projects includes a prestigious contract from the Institute of Neurosciences Kolkata. L&T will be responsible for constructing a state-of-the-art medical college and hospital campus in Kolkata. The project, which will be delivered on a design and build basis, includes a 605-bed hospital and a medical college. The entire project is planned to be executed in two phases over a 60-month period.
The comprehensive scope of work for this project encompasses the civil structure and external development works, ensuring a holistic development of the medical campus.
