Koraam, powered by Kosol Energie Pvt Ltd, has successfully executed a 2.07 MW solar module mounting structure (MMS) order for Lubi Industries LLP in Maharashtra, marking a significant step in expanding its presence in India’s fast-growing agricultural solar sector. The project supports the deployment of solar-powered agricultural water pumps and involved the supply of 492 robust mounting structures across multiple system categories, including 3 HP, 5 HP, and 7.5 HP pumps. Designed for durability and efficiency, the structures were manufactured using HDGI and pre-galvanized materials to withstand challenging rural environments and ensure long-term performance.
Engineered with precision, the structures were approved by Shri Vile Parle Institute of Technology (SVIT) and designed to endure wind speeds of up to 150 kmph, in line with tender specifications. The pile foundation adheres to IS 2911, ensuring structural integrity. Additionally, the systems allow for adjustable tilt angles and directional alignment to optimize solar energy capture throughout the year, enhancing energy output for agricultural applications.
Kosol Energie, the driving force behind the Koraam brand, has earned industry recognition for its manufacturing excellence and innovation. The company has been ranked among the top global solar manufacturers and continues to push technological boundaries with high-efficiency solar modules designed for space optimization and cost effectiveness.
This order holds strategic importance as Koraam continues to expand into new markets while strengthening its reputation within the solar agriculture ecosystem. Feedback from farmers and industry stakeholders has reinforced confidence in the reliability and performance of its solutions, supported by Lubi’s longstanding expertise in pumping systems. The company is also positioning itself for future growth opportunities, including anticipated participation in larger-scale projects such as those under Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) tenders in the coming financial year.
Commenting on the development, Kalpesh Kalthia, Chairman and Managing Director of Kosol Energie, said, “This project reflects our focus on delivering durable and efficient solar infrastructure tailored to India’s agricultural needs. Through Koraam, we are committed to enabling farmers with dependable clean energy solutions while scaling our footprint in the solar pump segment.”
