KLINGER Poland has announced the acquisition of ARA Pneumatik, a prominent valve trading company headquartered in Wroclaw, effective November 1, 2025. The addition of ARA marks a major step forward for the KLINGER Group, boosting its product lineup and strengthening its ability to deliver end-to-end solutions across multiple industries.

With more than three decades of experience, ARA Pneumatik has built a strong reputation as a reliable source for actuated valves, pneumatics, electromechanical solutions, and vacuum technologies. Operating from a modern facility in Wroclaw, the company employs a team of 23 specialists. All staff members will become part of KLINGER Poland, ensuring business continuity and adding valuable expertise.

ARA serves a diverse range of sectors, including automotive, chemicals, marine, paint manufacturing, valve production, and petrochemicals. The acquisition creates a strong balance of capabilities: KLINGER Poland’s strength in non-actuated valves is complemented by ARA’s deep knowledge of actuated systems and advanced pneumatics. Together, the combined portfolio will allow KLINGER Poland to address a wider range of customer requirements.

“ARA’s strong technical foundation and market knowledge, paired with our established solutions, set the stage for a powerful collaboration,” said Markus Eder, Managing Director of KLINGER Poland. The move also paves the way for future portfolio enhancements. “Integrating KLINGER’s products into ARA’s offering will create even greater value for our clients,” added Tadeusz Kościelniak, former owner of ARA and now a strategic advisor.

Daniel Schibli, CEO of the KLINGER Group, highlighted the importance of the acquisition: “Bringing ARA into KLINGER Poland underscores our dedication to growth and innovation. With the full ARA team on board, customers can expect a smooth transition and an even stronger range of solutions.”
