Kia India has announced the Kia Ownership Service Camp 2026, a nationwide customer engagement initiative scheduled from September 14 to 23 across 536 authorised service workshops. The campaign is aimed at strengthening the aftersales experience by offering customers comprehensive vehicle health checks, preventive maintenance support and exclusive service and accessory benefits.

As part of the initiative, Kia customers will receive a complimentary 36-point vehicle health check covering key areas including the vehicle’s exterior, interior, engine compartment and underbody. Customers will also be offered a free top wash during the service camp.

The campaign will provide several benefits designed to make vehicle maintenance more accessible. Customers can avail themselves of up to 10% discounts on parts and labour, up to 25% discounts on select Kia Genuine Accessories, 10% discounts on Retail Roadside Assistance (RSA) plans and 20% discounts on Car Care Services.

Speaking on the initiative, Atul Sood, Sr. Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Kia India, said, “At Kia, we believe that a rewarding ownership experience extends well beyond the purchase of a vehicle. It is built through consistent service, convenience and the confidence that customers place in our network. The Kia Ownership Service Camp 2026 is an important initiative in this direction, giving our customers an opportunity to have their vehicles comprehensively inspected while benefiting from attractive service offerings. Through such customer-focused initiatives, we remain committed to strengthening the overall ownership experience and delivering service that is responsive to our customers’ evolving needs.”

The complimentary 36-point health check is designed to help identify potential maintenance requirements at an early stage and support customers in keeping their vehicles in optimum condition. The initiative also encourages timely maintenance while strengthening engagement between customers and Kia’s authorised service network.

Taking the campaign beyond routine vehicle care, Kia India will host a special customer carnival in Gurugram on September 19. The event will combine vehicle care, brand and product experiences, family engagement and entertainment, including live performances in the evening.

Customers attending the carnival will be able to explore dedicated spaces showcasing Kia’s history, new models, electric vehicle technology, service milestones, accessories and merchandise. Interactive experiences involving customers and partners will also form part of the event.

Through the Kia Ownership Service Camp 2026, the company is reinforcing its focus on service accessibility, preventive vehicle care and a differentiated ownership experience. The initiative is designed to engage customers beyond the point of vehicle purchase while providing practical benefits through Kia’s nationwide authorised service network.
