Kaynes Semicon Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kaynes Technology India Limited, has executed its Fiscal Support Agreement and related transaction documents with the India Semiconductor Mission under the Government of India’s semiconductor policy framework. The execution of these agreements marks a procedural milestone for the implementation of fiscal support under the scheme guidelines and reflects continued progress under the India Semiconductor Mission.
Kaynes Semicon stated that the step reinforces its commitment to governance, compliance, and transparency as it advances its semiconductor manufacturing plans. Amitesh Kumar Sinha, CEO of ISM, said the signing represents an important milestone and noted that the project is progressing in line with the Mission’s objectives.
Raghu Panicker, CEO of Kaynes Semicon, said the agreements enable the company to move forward with its semiconductor manufacturing roadmap, adding that continued support from the Government of India, ISM, and the Government of Gujarat remains critical to the project’s progress.
