Kashiv BioSciences has entered into an exclusive licensing and supply agreement with Intas Pharmaceuticals for a complex peptide product to be marketed across Europe, the United Kingdom and India. Under the agreement, Kashiv will oversee regulatory registration, manufacturing and supply of the product. Commercialization responsibilities will be managed by Intas in India and by its UK-based subsidiary, Accord Healthcare, across European and UK markets.
The arrangement covers pan-European territories along with the UK and India. The partnership is designed to combine Kashiv’s development and manufacturing capabilities with Intas’ established commercial network in multiple international markets.
Dr Sandeep Athalye, Global CEO of Kashiv BioSciences, said the collaboration strengthens Kashiv’s presence in key regions and aligns with its focus on expanding access to quality therapies. He noted that leveraging Intas’ European footprint through Accord Healthcare supports broader commercial reach.
