InfraServe Global (ISG), part of the Gainwell Group and a solutions provider for the construction and road infrastructure industry, has launched five new products at bauma CONEXPO India 2026. The company made its debut at the exhibition with the products displayed at Booth O.E25 at the India Expo Centre, Greater Noida.

The new portfolio covers road maintenance, asphalt applications, concrete pumping and mastic heating. The products include the Etnyre RoadSaver, Etnyre Asphalt Distributor (Black-Topper® Centennial), Etnyre Mastic Kettle and 50m³ and 70m³ ISG Concrete Pumps. The launches are aimed at addressing specific requirements identified across Indian infrastructure and construction sites.

The Etnyre RoadSaver uses CAN-Bus computerised controls to monitor aggregate, water and additive delivery in real time during slurry sealing. The system can automatically stop operations when a batch moves outside specified limits, helping maintain consistency in the application. Slurry sealing is widely used for preventive road maintenance to seal early cracks and restore road surface grip.

The Black-Topper Centennial asphalt distributor uses ground-speed radar to automatically adjust asphalt output according to vehicle speed. The system is designed to maintain application rates within 1% despite changes in operating speed. It also features a hydraulically variable spray bar, poppet valves and Vacu-Flo and Smart Clean systems.

ISG has also introduced 50m³ and 70m³ concrete pumps developed for Indian job-site conditions. The company said the machines were re-engineered after studying pumps operating at Indian sites. Optimised S-valve geometry is designed to support smoother concrete flow, while an instant reverse-pumping system enables operators to clear blockages without dismantling pipeline sections.

The Etnyre Mastic Kettle is designed around a sealed and insulated heating system. Based on German engineering principles, it uses mechanical agitation to maintain uniform mixing while containing emissions, reducing fuel consumption and limiting hot spots that can affect binder quality.

Magesh Swaminathan, CEO, InfraServe Global, said, “Each of these five products was engineered around a problem our customers actually face on Indian sites. That is the discipline we have built ISG on. Five launches on a single day is a statement of intent: India is not just where we manufacture; it is where we innovate, and increasingly, where the rest of the world will look for what comes next in road and infrastructure equipment.” Surabhi Chaturvedi, Director – Operations, InfraServe Global, said the company has been training dealer technicians and strengthening spare-parts availability ahead of the product launches.

The new products add to ISG’s manufacturing and distribution portfolio, which includes asphalt and concrete batching plants, road maintenance equipment, crushing and screening solutions, hydraulic attachments and slurry pumps. The company serves customers in India and export markets including the US, Africa and APAC.
