TVS Motor Company unveiled several major initiatives on the second day of TVS MotoSoul 5.0, reinforcing its focus on technology, safety, and community-driven motorcycling culture. The company introduced the Aegis Rider Vision AR HUD Helmet, announced a collaboration between TVS Racing and MT Helmets, and launched the TVS Racing Offroad Training Academy.
The Aegis Rider Vision Helmet introduces advanced augmented reality features that project navigation assistance, safety alerts, speed information, and notifications directly within the rider’s field of vision. It uses a binocular µOLED system, includes an integrated action camera, offers wireless connectivity, adaptive brightness, OTA updates, and is powered by a 7,000mAh battery. Developed with Nexx Helmets, the carbon-fibre shell meets global certification standards such as ECE 22.06 and CE.
The newly launched TVS Racing Offroad Training Academy aims to help riders build foundational off-road skills including balance, terrain reading, body control, and obstacle handling. The program is led by TVS Racing champions and international instructors, offering an accessible entry point for beginners and enthusiasts.
TVS Racing’s partnership with MT Helmets will introduce co-developed helmets designed for enhanced aerodynamics, comfort, and internationally certified safety performance. The collaboration combines TVS Racing’s motorsports expertise with MT Helmets’ engineering strengths.

He noted that the company plans to further scale the festival next year with even more collaborative and experience-focused initiatives.
As part of its “Ride for Change” effort, the company also organised a helmet distribution drive for students of St Michael’s Convent High School in Vagator, encouraging early awareness of road safety. The day concluded with high-energy showcases at the RiderSphere arena and the FMX performance zone, featuring professional stunt riders and crowd-pulling action.
