Indian textile companies are set to announce new products and developments at Gartex Texprocess India, taking place from August 1-3, 2024, at Yashobhoomi (IICC), Dwarka, New Delhi. Despite global economic challenges, recent growth in textile exports has uplifted the industry.
In May 2024, textile and apparel exports rose by 9.59% and 9.70%, respectively, according to the Confederation of Indian Textile Industry (CITI). The market for Indian textiles and apparel is projected to grow at a 10% CAGR, reaching USD 350 billion by 2030, with exports expected to hit USD 100 billion.
Gartex Texprocess India will feature over 600 brands across 15,000 sqm, including Indian names like AT Inks, Aura Technologies, and Benz Embroidery. International brands from China, Italy, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, and the USA will also showcase their products.
New Product Launches
Over a dozen new products will be unveiled, with notable launches from Amtex Dye Chem Industries, LNJ Denims, and Venus Denims.
Show Highlights
The first edition of the event is taking place at Yashobhoomi, IICC, Dwarka, New Delhi. It features over 200 exhibitors showcasing more than 600 brands from 7 countries. The event includes specialized zones dedicated to Knitting, Sewing Machinery, Digital Printing, Embroidery, Fabrics, and Trims. This year, the Trims segment has been expanded with the addition of new exhibitors. International brands are actively participating in the event, and attendees can engage in knowledge sessions with government officials, industry experts, and textile innovators.

Exhibitors praised government schemes like PLI, ATUFs, RoDTEP & RoSCTL, and PM MITRA Parks for boosting their businesses and technical skills.
