Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IndianOil) and Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to improve customer convenience by setting up Maruti Suzuki vehicle service facilities at select IndianOil fuel stations across India.

Under the agreement, authorised Maruti Suzuki service points will be integrated within IndianOil’s extensive retail fuel network. Customers will be able to access routine maintenance services and minor repairs for their Maruti Suzuki vehicles while refuelling, reducing the need for separate service visits and saving time.

IndianOil’s network of more than 41,000 fuel stations will play a key role in expanding Maruti Suzuki’s already extensive service reach, which currently includes over 5,780 service touchpoints nationwide. The collaboration aims to create a convenient, one-stop solution that supports customers throughout their vehicle ownership journey.

Saumitra P Srivastava, Director (Marketing), Indian Oil, said the initiative aligns with the company’s focus on enhancing the customer experience at fuel stations by offering value-added services. He noted that IndianOil’s widespread presence makes it well placed to deliver essential services closer to consumers.

Ram Suresh Akella, Executive Officer (Service), Maruti Suzuki India Limited, said the partnership is designed to make car servicing easier and more accessible for customers. By leveraging IndianOil’s nationwide footprint, Maruti Suzuki aims to bring authorised service facilities to locations frequently visited by car owners. He added that the collaboration represents a meaningful step toward closer integration between the mobility and energy sectors, while delivering greater convenience and peace of mind to customers.
